Ryan J. Spears started his company in 2013, just after graduating high school. Focused & driven, his journey began with becoming a certified gemologist through the International School of Gemology. Opening his first location in Buffalo, NY at the age of 19. He then went on to obtaining certifications in goldsmithing & jewelry repair at the Drouhard National Jewelers School. Through the transition of his business model Spears & Co. has become the destination for the highest quality custom engagement rings & wedding bands in Buffalo.
